Hello! I'm Verónica Silva

BRAND DESIGNER AND EDUCATOR, READY TO TEACH YOU HOW TO STAND OUT WHILE STAYING TRUE TO YOURSELF

I’m a Mexican designer and PhD student based in Lisbon and have worked in the design industry for over a decade. My journey has taken me through different aspects of the field, from branding to graphic design to UX design to creative strategy, and now, I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge as a University lecturer.

As much as I love working directly with students and clients, my time is limited, which is why I decided to launch the Bold Brand Building course. My goal is to make branding more accessible for everyone, and help more people build a brand that truly reflects their vision and values, whether they’re entrepreneurs, small business owners, or creatives

HOW DID I ARRIVE HERE?

After graduating, I took a corporate design job in the U.S., but I quickly realized that the rigid structure and lack of creative freedom weren’t for me. I wanted something different, something that allowed me to explore the world and work on projects that excited me. So, I took a leap of faith, left corporate America behind, and started freelancing remotely, where I discovered the freedom of running my own business and designing a life on my terms.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated  with businesses of all sizes across different industries, from small startups and independent creators to well-established global corporations. Working with such a diverse range of clients has given me a deep understanding of branding challenges and how to create strategies that make a lasting impact.

GIVING BACK

Beyond design and branding, one of my biggest passions has always been giving back to community. Throughout my travels, I’ve volunteered in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Thailand, Malaysia, Croatia, Czechia, Portugal, and even online, using my skills as a designer, photographer, and creative strategist to help various causes. I strongly believe in using education as a tool for positive change, which is why 7% of all my sales go directly to Malala’s Fund, supporting education for girls worldwide.
